Willis is a great dog who has not had an easy life for as young as he is. We guess him to be about 3 years old. He was picked up by City Animal Control for running at large on Margaret Ave. and has a scar from a severe forearm injury on his front right leg. In spite of all this, Willis is a very sweet boy. Since being at the shelter, he has been neutered, vaccinated, found to be negative for heart worms and now has a rabies vaccination so he can go to outreach events. He is good with kids, cats & dogs, knows sit & catch, has no food or handling issues and is loving and affectionate. Willis deserves a chance for the good life. He has paid his dues. One sweet person has paid his adoption fee to help Willis find his forever home. He is ready to move on with his life and can be your forever friend given a chance. Willis is in a foster home so please contact the shelter to arrange a time to meet this handsome dude. Adoption Fees may vary, but our standard fees are: Cats $85 and Dogs $125. We offer Discounts on Senior Animals and Special Needs Animals. We also offer special incentives for Seniors and Military. All adoption information can be viewed and an application can be downloaded here. To see the most accurate list of available animals from Terre Haute Humane Society, click here!
