He arrived very thin and with a flea allergy so his coat was sparse.  Meet Joe; he's a skinny 51 pound lab/hound mix as best we can guess.  He's sweet and he's grateful to have this temporary place to call home.  Please consider offering a Joe a permanent place to call home.
