He was found Running At Large (RAL) and at 65 pounds, well , that's an accurate description. We call him Captain Nemo. He has beautiful markings, enjoys every minute he gets outside and he's waiting to meet you in our Orange Kennels (Kennel A). Capt Nemo waits for your arrival.
