She was found in the county RAL (Running At Large) but this little lady, all 24 pounds of her was frightened when she first arrived at our shelter. She appeared housebroken and when she was desperate for a potty break, then she'd make eye contact and fly out the door. Now she's more secure in her environment and even attended a Paws on the Patio event at Rose Hulman Institute to visit with college kids and faculty and staff but most recently visited a nursing home where she promptly jumped on the bus and into the drivers seat. Gracie was a little disappointed she wasn't allowed to drive but is considering studying for her 12 Passenger Van permit. Please come meet this 2 year old; she's in our Puppy/Small Breed Room.
