He's a talker! This fine feline was found roaming around an apartment complex near the shelter. He has been well cared for by his finders but the landlord said "no pets". So now this handsome creature needs to find an equally fine home where he will be allowed to stay and chat you up all day. Please ask to meet Wesley if you do not see him in our Adoption Hall.
